Sue Griffin
Controller
Sue enjoys playing cards and board games with her husband and three kids.
Sue is the firm’s Controller and is responsible for all accounting and budgeting.
Sue joined Grimes as Controller in 2025. She began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen. After her time as an auditor, she worked as a controller at Old Mutual (US) Holdings and Batterymarch Financial Management. Most recently, she was the Senior Director of Accounting at Teladoc Health.
Sue graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She enjoys attending events at Boston College, where her oldest daughter now attends.
Outside of work, Sue enjoys watching sports of all kinds: whether professional, college, or her kids playing. In the warmer months, she loves to go for walks outside while listening to her favorite podcasts.
