Karen A. Belliveau | Senior Client Service Manager

Karen A. Belliveau has had a long tenure at Grimes & Company, joining the firm in 1994 as a Client Service Manager.  She has her Bachelor’s Degree from Becker College and is actively involved in several non-profit organizations.  As a senior member of our Business Operations Team, Karen serves as an excellent resource to new employees while performing her primary role of servicing client relationships. 

Bridgett M. Bisceglia | Client Service Manager

Bridgett M. Bisceglia joined Grimes & Company in 2019. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. Prior to joining the firm Bridgett worked at Income Research and Management on the Client Service Team providing support to Portfolio Managers. Her passion for client service and working in the financial industry make her a valued member of the firm.

Kris Finn | Client Service Manager

Kris Finn joined Grimes and Company in 2020 as a Client Service Manager.  She received her BS from the Academy of Economic Studies, majoring in Business Administration.  Prior to joining the firm, Kris worked at SS&C Asset Manager Solution (formerly DST Systems Inc.) for 5 years where she managed the company’s Institutional Contact Center.  Kris also worked at Bank of America as a Relationship Manager, where she enjoyed building strong relationships with her clients.  Kris is passionate about client services and making sure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Nicole M. Foran | Client Service Manager

Nicole M. Foran joined Grimes & Company in 2007, bringing several years of key experience to the Client Service Manager role.  Previously she worked at Fidelity Investment’s Electronic Support Services group, providing client service across multiple departments including pensions, insurance, and payroll administration. Nicole quickly responds to client requests and questions, and is always happy to go above and beyond to fulfill client needs.

Benjamin W. Jette | Performance and Research Associate

Ben joined Grimes & Company in 2020 after graduating cum laude from The University of Rhode Island’s Business School with a BS in Finance and a Political Science minor. During this period, Ben was a select student member of the College of Business’s Ram Fund, a student run investment fund that actively manages a segment of the University’s endowment. As a member of the firm’s Research and Portfolio management team, Ben assists in developing and maintaining policies and procedures applicable to GIPS, as well as managing and reconciling the firm’s daily trading activities.

Karrie A. Johnston | Client Service Associate

Karrie A. Johnston joined Grimes & Company in 2018. She has been in the industry since 2005 and has worked with Fidelity Investments, UBS Financial, Thrivent Financial and Independent Advisors.  Karrie works closely with the firm’s Client Service Managers.  She is highly motivated, service-oriented focused, and always has a positive attitude.

Samantha C. Kallio | Client Service Manager

Samantha Kallio joined Grimes & Company in 2020 as a Client Service Manager. She received her BS from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst, and brings extensive experience in nonprofit management, accounting, and client service.  Samantha is committed to providing an exceptional client experience with great attention to detail and follow-through, and she enjoys building trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Laurie D. Littlefield, FPQPTM | Senior Client Service Manager

Laurie L. Holmes joined Grimes & Company in 2005.  As a Senior Client Service Manager, Laurie works closely with our President, Tim Grimes, and his clients to provide an unparalleled level of service in the industry.  She is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalTM and has extensive experience in financial services. Prior to joining Grimes & Company, Laurie served as a Branch Manager Assistant at Morgan Stanley.

Karen E. McAuliffe | Administrative Coordinator and Service Associate 

Karen E. McAuliffe joined Grimes and Company in 2019. She graduated from Becker College with an Associates degree in Business Administration. She has extensive experience in a wide range of administrative roles, most recently specializing in marketing and event management at The Country Club of Waterbury. As Administrative Coordinator and Service Associate, Karen is the first point of contact for the firm’s clients and aids in the operations of the Client Service team.

Cheryl A. McNally | Systems Administrator

Cheryl A. McNally has been with Grimes & Company since 1997.  As our Systems Administrator, Cheryl is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our portfolio and client relationship management systems.  Cheryl has comprehensive knowledge in both technology and investment securities and works closely with the firm’s management to provide support for many of the operational needs of the company.

Nancy T. Murphy | Administrative Coordinator

Nancy T. Murphy joined Grimes & Company in 2006 after a successful administrative career in both the legal and insurance industries.  She brings over 25 years of experience to the firm, serving as our primary contact for both clients and various vendors. Nancy also directs administrative services including organization of our document management system and coordination of our quarterly client correspondence.

Sarah M. Parzych | Client Service Associate

Sarah M. Parzych joined Grimes & Company in 2014.  She graduated cum Laude from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Science in Management.  Sarah works closely with Client Service Managers to support the firm's onboarding and servicing operations.  She has an exceptional work ethic and is a valuable member of the Grimes & Company team.

Julie E. Payton | Compliance and Operations Associate

Julie E. Payton joined the firm in 2018 as an Administrative Coordinator.  She graduated from the University of Massachusetts/Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Science.  Julie’s attention to detail and extensive prior experience in human resources led to a change of roles within the firm.  In 2019 she became Grimes & Company’s Compliance and Operations Associate, assisting in the monitoring and improvement of operating efficiencies within the firm.

Michelle J. Vacca | Senior Client Service Manager

Michelle J. Vacca joined Grimes & Company in 2017 with an extensive background in Client Service.  She received a BS from Johnson & Wales University, majoring in Financial Services Management.  Prior to joining the firm Michelle worked at Fidelity Investments for 11 years, providing relationship management services to high net worth clients.  Michelle is always willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional client service and does so with a smile.

Kathryn O. Voas | Operations Associate

Kathryn O. Voas serves as the firm’s Operations Associate.  Kathryn earned her Associate’s degree from Quinsigamond College and joined the Grimes & Company team in 2015. She is responsible for the administration and daily reconciliation of the firm’s portfolio management system.  Additionally, Kathryn aids in the preparation and distribution of quarterly client statements and manages the firm’s electronic client portal.  She is extremely detail orientated and is always willing to assist with firm-wide projects.
