Corporate retirement plans require a sponsor who acts prudently to meet his or her fiduciary responsibility. Grimes & Company has the experience and expertise to help you meet those obligations. As an independent firm, we are not predisposed to using any particular custodian, record keeper, or investment manager. We will work to design a plan that is best suited for you and your company. After initially reviewing the plan with plan sponsors, we typically return with a few options for you to choose from based upon your input. If major changes are decided upon, we will work with you to make sure they are properly communicated to employees and the process is documented for your own protection.
